vinYard holds a comprehensive range of specialist wine-tasting equipment for hire. It can be delivered UK-wide, scrupulously clean and ready for action.
Our aim is to help event organisers make eco-conscious decisions – our recycled wine bottle spittoons are a very popular choice. We also encourage the reduction of single-use items and hire out customisable, reusable branding frames, not only reducing the impact of plastic pop-up banners but also meaning that there is less branded kit to store.
vinYard has partnered with Glasvin to hold the UK stock of their new and highly-acclaimed Universal glasses. These modern and elegant, ultra-light all-purpose glasses are designed for the enjoyment of wine. Each glass is individually hand-blown and of the highest quality, providing the optimum vessel to showcase wines of all styles.
As well as providing friendly, welcoming staff to manage reception, the team at vinYard can provide everything needed to ensure that when guests arrive their first impression is a great one. Our design team can create bespoke, branded visitor badges and when managing reception we provide a post-event report, listing all those who attended (and those that didn’t).
vinYard has a team of WSET qualified staff available to manage various areas of events from the main tastings to masterclasses to individual stands, ensuring that your wine is in good hands and shown off to its best advantage.
